Lead Nursing Team with iCare Health Network

We are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to oversee the nursing unit and ensure the efficient operation of our skilled nursing facility. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate, assign, direct, and prioritize the work of nursing staff members to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the nursing unit and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to nursing staff members
  • Direct and prioritize the work of nursing staff members
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the nursing unit

Requirements:

  • Valid RN License in the State of Vermont
  • One year of experience in acute care and/or long-term care in a skilled nursing facility
  • Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing
