Nurse Practitioner

Dartmouth Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry/Medical-Surgical unit at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized, goal-directed nursing care to patients with complex medical and surgical needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid Vermont State Registered Nursing License.
- Health Care Provider BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Prior nursing experience in a similar setting.
