We are seeking an experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our upscale lounge in Boise, ID. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring seamless execution of our evening service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Daily Lounge Operations: Supervise staff, manage inventory, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute plans to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and maintain high levels of hospitality standards.
  • Lead and Manage a Small Team: Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with the Chef: Work closely with the chef to develop seasonal cocktail menus and promotions that drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Maintain High Levels of Customer Satisfaction: Ensure excellent hospitality standards are met, and customers receive exceptional service.
  • Work Schedule: Work 5 nights a week, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a General Manager role in a full-service restaurant or lounge.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Availability: Ability to work 5 nights a week, with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
  • Cocktail Development and Menu Engineering: Basic knowledge of cocktail development and menu engineering.
  • Restaurant Management Software and Point-of-Sale Systems: Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
