- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong connections with key stakeholders, including counselors and community organizations.
- Data Tracking: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics related to nursing admissions.
- Campus Visits: Conduct informative and engaging campus tours for prospective nursing students, both individually and in groups.

Education:
- A bachelor's degree is required.
Experience:
- Demonstrated success in education, sales, admissions, healthcare, or recruitment is essential.
- Experience in private, Catholic, liberal arts education is preferred.
- Familiarity with the college athletic recruitment process is a plus.
