Job Title: Program Specialist

AWARE is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Specialist to join our team in Great Falls, MT. As a Program Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in our community, promoting their personal growth and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in outing planning and transportation to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our clients.
  • Monitor staff compliance with policies, procedures, and training expectations to maintain a high level of care and support.
  • Assist in the investigation of incidents, including accident, injury, or other incidents requiring employee interviews and statement preparation.
  • Provide training on treatment principles, including Behavioral Interventions, and assist the Residential Coordinator as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least three (3) years of experience in Human Services or a related field, or an associate degree in a Human Services field and minimum of two years of experience.
  • Ability to implement individual support plans with knowledge of behavioral techniques, interventions, and skill building techniques.
  • Computer literacy skills, including navigation, recording, and basic computer skills needed for performance-based software and electronic medical records systems.
  • Interpersonal oral and written communication skills to work effectively as a team member, make observations, and report them accurately.
