Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will manage all facets of production activities within their designated manufacturing segment.

The primary focus areas for this role include, but are not limited to:

Safety Enhancements, Quality Assurance, Task Coordination and Prioritization, Resource Management, Process Review, Employee Training and Development, World-Class Initiatives, and Cost Efficiency.

This role will involve collaboration with Process Engineering, Design Engineering, Program Management, Quality Assurance, and Clients to guarantee timely product completion at the appropriate quality standards and within budget constraints.

Hands-on production support may be required for related tasks.

The individual in this position is expected to spend 25-50% of their workday on the production floor, overseeing and supporting activities within their area of responsibility.


Qualifications:


A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering is preferred, although relevant experience in manufacturing leadership may be considered as a substitute.

A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting is required. Financial acumen is advantageous.

Strong attention to detail, proficient computer skills (including Excel for data retrieval, usage, and manipulation for SQL database interpretation), a solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, and the ability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics for product manufacturing are essential.
