Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at MasterCorp. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Stock and organize housekeeping carts to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Report any maintenance issues to management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a healthy and safe environment for our guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing MasterCorp in a positive and respectful manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
