Key Account Strategist

DuraServ Corp is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Strategist to join our team.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $130,000 based on location and experience.
Job DescriptionThe Key Account Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and cultivate strong relationships with clients.
This role will involve leveraging technical product knowledge and expertise to recommend tailored solutions that address client needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Strategies
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and cultivate strong relationships with clients.
- Nurture Client Relationships
Nurture client relationships, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets, and providing expert technical consultation to address client needs.
- Generate New Business
Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach measures, including cold calling and social media.
- Stay Current with Technical Knowledge
Stay current with latest technical knowledge and advancements related to overhead doors, dock levelers and associated equipment.
- Prepare Estimates
Prepare estimates for construction projects and possess a broad understanding of contracts and loading dock design principles.
- Project Management
Perform project management responsibilities as required for successfully sold jobs, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
Requirements- Knowledge and Skills
(K) Knowledge of working with technology and Microsoft Office 365
(S) Proficient in mechanical skills
(A) Ability to identify and resolve problems
(K) In-depth knowledge of proactive, outreach, marketing techniques and best practices
(A) Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
(S) Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
(S) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience- Education and Requirements
High School graduation or equivalent is required. Associate or bachelor's degree, preferred. Combined experience in this type of job role of 5 or more years with education is desirable.
Experience in complex selling environments, including conducting presentations at the C-suite level.
