Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in providing direct care to patients at RiverStone Health. This position requires a skilled and compassionate individual to assess patient needs, provide care and instruction, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and provide individualized care
  • Administer medications and start intravenous fluids as prescribed
  • Measure and record patients' vital signs
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
  • Completion of a State accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program
  • Considerable patient care and nursing experience
  • Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state of Montana and holds unrestricted License
  • Valid State of Montana Driver's License
  • Certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) for Basic Life Support (BLS)
Working Conditions:

This position is primarily performed in a clinic setting, requiring standing, bending, sitting, and lifting. The successful candidate must be able to create and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
