About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and advancing the field of clinical research. As a Clinical Research Nurse, you'll work closely with our team of experts to design, implement, and evaluate clinical trials, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and evaluate potential study patients, working closely with our clinical research coordinators to schedule required appointments and interviews.
  • Review medical records for potential study patients, ensuring that all laboratory test results and procedures are documented in accordance with protocol guidelines.
  • Assist investigators with the consent process, ensuring that study patients understand clinical trials and obtain written informed consent.
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to develop and implement study protocols, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Provide education and support to study patients, designated caregivers, and healthcare professionals involved in their care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in clinical research, attending conferences and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • BSN required
  • Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience or 1 year of clinical nursing experience with an additional 2 years of clinical research experience
  • AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position
  • Adheres to the American Nurses Association standards
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service focus required
  • Ability to work independently or in a team, handling multiple deadline-driven tasks in a dynamic environment
