Job Overview

Lead Clinical Researcher (MD/DO)

The Lead Clinical Researcher will oversee all clinical trials in alignment with ICH, GCP, local regulations, study protocols, and organizational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantees the medical safety and well-being of study participants through the diligent execution of clinical trials.
  • Supports the maintenance of clinical oversight and quality for registered studies, contributing to the operational success of the research site.
  • Monitors enrollment metrics, including pre-screening and screening success rates, as well as participant retention and safety.
  • Analyzes study protocols and Investigator's Brochure, engaging in strategies for effective patient recruitment.
  • Conducts clinical evaluations to assess participant eligibility for study enrollment.
  • Upholds and safeguards the welfare of participants through ethical practices.
  • Adheres to all medical responsibilities as outlined in protocols, SOPs, and ICH GCP and local regulations.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in documentation and patient care.

Qualifications

  • Valid medical license (MD, DO) in New Jersey
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Clinical Research Investigator (either as Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator)
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous
