Job Description
As a new Customer Service Representative at HME Specialists LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Resolving escalated customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs effectively
- Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Providing ongoing training and support to team members
