About the Opportunity

Lavendo is seeking a seasoned SMB Account Executive to spearhead the growth of our IT staffing solutions in the SMB segment. As a key player in our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets, and developing a strong pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing) in the SMB segment
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Develop a strong pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship-building
  • Educate prospects on how they can benefit from our IT staffing solutions
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to provide solutions tailored to customers' needs
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of full sales cycle experience in the IT Staffing/IT Recruitment industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent understanding of the IT roles, programming languages, and recruitment processes
  • Ideally, a strong network of hiring managers and decision-makers responsible for IT recruiting budget
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
  • OTE (on-target earnings): $160,000 - $240,000 per year (uncapped commission, paid monthly)

Interview Process
  • Level 1 virtual interview with the COO (General fit)
  • Level 2 Home Assignment + 45-min virtual interview with the Founder/CEO (Skills assessment)
  • Level 3 virtual meeting with the Strategic Advisor (Final evaluation)
  • Reference and Background checks: conducted after successful interviews
  • Job offer: provided to the selected candidate
