About the location:
Our sophisticated urban retreat is situated along the waterfront. The role of the Maintenance Technician

In this position, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing hotel equipment, encompassing electrical systems, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, and interior maintenance. You will respond to inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasons' standards.

Your duties will include conducting preventative maintenance on all equipment and maintaining accurate logs. You will also handle repairs on various equipment, including motors, starters, breakers, chillers, and related systems throughout the facility.

Timely responses to guest requests regarding room maintenance and equipment in both private and public areas are essential. You will also be required to address emergency situations such as fires and power outages. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness in engineering stations, grease traps, and plumbing systems is crucial for an organized department and hotel.

The ideal candidate will possess a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
