Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to manage and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in utility systems and demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Skills:
  • At least 2 years of experience with utility systems including HVAC, boilers, water systems, cooling towers, air compressors, and chillers.
  • Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is advantageous, particularly in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, vitamins, or packaging.
  • Diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and systems effectively.
  • Utilizing hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments for repairs or replacements of defective components.
  • Conducting troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Employment Type:
Contract, Temporary

Compensation:
Hourly rate of $32.00

Work Schedule:
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Night shifts
  • Overnight shifts
  • Rotating weekends

Required Experience:
*HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)

Licenses/Certifications:
  • EPA Type II Certification (Preferred)

Commute Requirements:
  • Ability to commute to the designated work location.

Relocation Requirements:
  • Willingness to relocate before commencing employment.

Work Environment:
In-person role.
