Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage significant industrial engineering initiatives, including the development of innovative methods, plant layouts, and new equipment installations.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of equipment capacity and utilization, as well as manpower planning, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implement labor standards and ergonomic improvements to boost productivity and optimize labor costs.
  • Utilize advanced product knowledge and analytical skills to guide the organization in enhancing efficiency and production capabilities, ultimately maximizing profitability.
  • Collaborate with plant operations teams to devise effective solutions for equipment layouts and plant capacity challenges.
Qualifications:

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an Industrial Engineer.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and proven analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management expertise.
  • Familiarity with the DMAIC process and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or possess authorization to work in the United States.
  • Applicants must not require sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be necessary, up to 10% of the time.
