Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage significant industrial engineering initiatives, including the development of innovative methods, plant layouts, and new equipment installations.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of equipment capacity and utilization, as well as manpower planning, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement labor standards and ergonomic improvements to boost productivity and optimize labor costs.
- Utilize advanced product knowledge and analytical skills to guide the organization in enhancing efficiency and production capabilities, ultimately maximizing profitability.
- Collaborate with plant operations teams to devise effective solutions for equipment layouts and plant capacity challenges.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an Industrial Engineer.
- Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong decision-making abilities and proven analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management expertise.
- Familiarity with the DMAIC process and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or possess authorization to work in the United States.
- Applicants must not require sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be necessary, up to 10% of the time.

The base pay range for this position is $81,000 to $105,000 per year; however, actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and specific office location.
