Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative II to join our team at Conifer Revenue Cycle Solutions. As a key member of our patient access team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient registration process for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduling, registration, and patient pre-admission and admission functions to support departmental efficiencies.
  • Obtain complete and accurate patient demographic information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Employ proper and compliant patient liability collection techniques before, during, and after date of service.
  • Provide world-class customer service, greeting patients and families with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Assist with scheduling diagnostic procedures, entering data in scheduling systems, and providing patients with appointment instructions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • 0-1 year of experience in a customer service role, with 0-1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility, health insurance, or related area preferred.
  • Minimum typing skills of 35 wpm and demonstrated working knowledge of PC/CRT/printer.
  • Knowledge of function and relationships within a hospital environment preferred.
  • Customer service skills and experience, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to receive and express detailed information through oral and written communications.
