Avera St Luke's Hospital-SE Addition is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the Nursing Process to provide comprehensive nursing care for patients
- Demonstrate effective verbal, oral, and written communication skills
- Perform thorough systems assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Direct, plan, and coordinate workflow to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Requirements
- Graduate of a Registered Nursing Education program
- Current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota
- Current CPR, ACLS, PALS, and PALS certification or completion upon next available program
Work Schedule
Day shift; 48 hours every 2 weeks
One day off in the two-week pay period
On call one day per week and every 4th weekend
On call 1–2 holidays per year
Compensation
The hourly range for this position is $33.50 - $46.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
