Avera Orthopedic Specialists is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pain Management Team.
About the Role
- As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care, utilizing the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing, with a Baccalaureate degree preferred.
- Current license to practice in the state of South Dakota, with ACLS certification required.
- Previous nursing experience, with a strong understanding of pain management principles and practices.
