Nurse Practitioner

Avera St. Luke's Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a multidisciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Current licensure to practice in the state of South Dakota.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
- Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing.
- Baccalaureate Degree preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year experience or prior Medical/Surgical Experience is preferred.
- A competitive hourly rate of $44.25 per hour.
