US Western Regional Sales Director

Job Summary

This position is responsible for driving sales growth in the western region of the United States for Teledyne's products and services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry and be able to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine market strategies and goals for each product and service
  • Research and develop contacts of current and potential customers
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner
  • Participate in sales forecasting and planning to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Develop and maintain communications with all levels of staff and customers
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a semiconductor organization
  • Familiarity with RF Semiconductors, Power Semiconductors, Microprocessors, and Data Converters
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groups
