We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex team at Macy's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our fine jewelry and watch products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Use point-of-sale technology and applications to assist in selling and fulfilling customer orders.
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform all aspects of the fulfillment process, including picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and Buy online, Pickup in Stores (BOPS).
- Ensure proper processing, presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock.
- Adhere to asset protection programs and procedures to ensure audit compliance.
- 1-2 years of related experience in retail sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
