Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate broad processes across different departments and functional teams
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment, educating employees on hazard identification and facilitating safety meetings
- Lead a team of production staff, ensuring job expectations, duties, and responsibilities are defined and understood
- Develop and implement plans to address skills gaps and provide training and development for direct reports
- Collaborate with others to drive product-related quality issues to resolution
- Encourage a culture of Continuous Improvement and Employee Involvement, and Lean Manufacturing
- 4+ years' experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments
- Demonstrated leadership, drive, and potential to assume higher levels of responsibility
- Accomplished in meeting production schedules, controlling, and improving production efficiency
- Proven strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge and experience with manufacturing software/ERP, MS Office applications
