Job Responsibilities:
Essential Qualifications:
- Current DoD Top Secret SCI with Polygraph is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field, or equivalent experience/combined education
- 14+ years of overall experience
- Proficiency in Bash scripting
- Familiarity with C library
- Experience with Linux system calls
- Background in software development
- Experience in requirements management
- Basic understanding of virtualization and containerization technologies
- Intermediate knowledge of computer networking
- Experience in Linux Kernel development.
- Background in Firmware reverse engineering
- Proven track record of leading teams to develop new and existing products, solutions, and processes
- Experience working on government programs with controlled engineering baselines
- Advanced understanding of IT Service Management best practices
- Effective communication skills, accurately conveying project status, and able to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts to senior decision-makers
- Leadership and organizational capabilities

Remote Work Capability: Onsite Full-time: The responsibilities associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternative work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
