Linux Systems Administrator Staff- Clearance Required

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Systems Administrator to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in protecting our networks and systems from advanced threats.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full lifecycle support for Linux systems, including analysis, design, development, integration, testing, procurement, deployment, security, training, and sustainment.
- Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems, including Linux operating systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and vSphere.
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.
- Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems, including Linux systems, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- Ten (10) years of experience as a Systems Administrator (SA) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Experience with Linux system administration, including configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and vSphere is beneficial.
- Ansible experience is preferred.
