Our dedicated team of Direct Support Professionals collaborates with individuals to help them achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

Our healthcare team, including Registered Nurses and licensed dietitians, ensures continuous care planning and support, promoting optimal health for each resident.

Behavioral health services and positive behavioral interventions are facilitated by our skilled Behavior Intervention Specialists (BIS).

Key Responsibilities:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

Direct oversight of a residence within the Community Living Services Program

Supervision of Assistant Managers and Direct Support Professionals to guarantee a safe, high-quality living environment and efficient site operations

Implementation of all OPWDD regulations alongside COMPASS, CQL, and agency-specific policies and procedures

Management of staffing levels by preparing weekly schedules that align with the approved budget

Oversight of operational budgets (including overtime, FTEs, food/non-food expenses) to ensure compliance with financial constraints

Timely maintenance of individual records and required agency documentation in accordance with regulations

Management of individuals' bank accounts and personal allowance aspects

Completion of time and attendance payroll processes for all site staff

Facilitation of staff support meetings and performance evaluations by observing and documenting staff practices, attendance, job performance, and training certifications to ensure effective supervision

Participation in the CLS program's management on-call system

Attendance at management, cluster, and individual-related meetings

Qualifications:

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory

A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

Prior supervisory experience is essential

Possession of a valid NYS Driver's License

Strong oral and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and administrative abilities

AMAP certification is required

Previous experience in domestic household management is necessary.
