Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Victoria. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, direct and supervise nursing staff
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization
- Take pride in providing compassionate patient care and achieving patient satisfaction
- RN License in the state
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification preferred, required after 90 days of employment
