Job Summary

AquaSafe Pool Management, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatic Safety Professional to join our team as a Summer Lifeguard/Pool Manager. As a key member of our pool operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons at our aquatic facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons.
  • Monitor pool water chemistry and report any issues to management.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to identify and address any potential hazards.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
  • Collaborate with other pool staff to maintain a clean and organized pool area.
  • Assist with pool maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons and respond to their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 15 years old by the date of hire.
  • Must be able to work Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, and Labor Day weekend.
  • Must be able to work all weekends throughout the summer.
  • Must have a current nationally approved lifeguard, CPR/AED, and first aid certificates.
  • Must be able to conduct themselves professionally and be attentive and focused at all times.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a lifeguard or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of pool operations and maintenance.
