Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Unlimited memberships, leveraging your ability to build strong relationships with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure the VIP membership line runs smoothly, providing top-notch customer service and resolving any account issues efficiently.
  • Greet new customers and members with a warm and welcoming attitude, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Meet minimum performance sales standards, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including hourly pay plus commission, with an estimated annual range between $45,000 and $76,000. We also provide medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
