Key Responsibilities- Manage a $25M-$35M+ loan portfolio primarily composed of agricultural and commercial clients, with a focus on growth and service excellence.
- Assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants, evaluating their suitability as borrowers and determining the precise terms of credit.
- Oversee the preparation of loan documents, ensure loan files are up-to-date, and provide timely information to management.
- Provide problem-solving leadership in complex situations, leveraging expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare periodic reports for executive management, highlighting key performance indicators and business trends.
- Comply with regulatory requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and Ethics, through successful training and demonstrated ability.
- Represent the Bank with a professional demeanor, contributing to community involvement and promoting a positive image.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory issues, and economic developments, integrating knowledge into strategic and operational business planning.
- Participate in the loan committee, collaborating with colleagues to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a business-related field, or a minimum of seven to ten years of experience in developing and servicing a quality agricultural/commercial loan portfolio.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, ARTA, and Moody's Analytics.
