Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

At New Balance Athletics, Inc., we're looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize product knowledge to make informed recommendations, ensuring customers find the perfect product to meet their needs.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and inviting shopping environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in meeting customer needs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly around the sales floor.
