Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at our Woodbury retail store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, promoting our philosophy and values, and supporting our purpose and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing of product knowledge
  • Respond to customers' questions and direct them to merchandise and sales counter
  • Use new technology and embrace all avenues of distribution as tools to service our customers
  • Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's experience
  • Possess basic math and money handling skills with the ability to process payment using store point of sale system
  • Perform merchandising duties, including steaming, folding, and displaying product according to EF visual standards
  • Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and well-organized space
  • Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail Sales Associate experience or service industry background required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Dedication to creating excellent customer experience in a retail setting
  • Open-minded attitude towards experiencing our Brand and product
  • Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. at floor level and/or team lift when necessary
  • Ability to climb short/tall ladders, twist, bend, and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, and hooks
