Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a caseload of 6-8 children in a home-based setting, providing individualized support and guidance to families.
  • Manage and train RBTs, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Provide parent coaching and support to help families achieve their goals and milestones.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to drive positive outcomes.
Requirements
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
