### Job Summary

First Children Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing evidence-based therapeutic services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

### Job Responsibilities

* Coordinate with instructional treatment teams to develop and implement individualized behavioral programs
* Provide consultation to schools and conduct parent trainings to support families
* Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
* Provide direct training and supervision to clinical support team members
* Manage client data and maintain accurate records

### Requirements

* Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field
* Active BCBA certification
* Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
* 2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
