Daily Responsibilities:
As an Entry-Level Healthcare Technician, you will participate in an esteemed training program, including hands-on experience in a hospital setting and a specialized curriculum aimed at developing the skills required for certification. Your duties will include maintaining sterility, assisting in pre-operative tasks, intra-operative support, and aiding in post-operative cleanup, managing laparoscopic equipment maintenance, and fostering communication with colleagues and hospital staff.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required. Strong customer service skills with 1-3 years of face-to-face customer service experience. Certification as a Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) within 90 or 120 days of employment.
