About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to fill the position of Senior Vice President - Property & Buildings. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading strategy in New England and the surrounding area, identifying key investments needed to grow the Property and Buildings practice in the local area.

You will be expected to cultivate business with clients across the district, focusing on New England with an emphasis on growth. You will develop relationships with clients and identify and manage a pipeline of opportunities. You will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of process changes and communicating with the Marketing Team and Operations Team. Additionally, you will support month-end financial close and review meetings, and exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct.

We are looking for someone with 15+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering, mechanical, and infrastructure design in the A/E/C industry. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency with mechanical engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, standard of care, and the application to permitting and project work-related issues.
