Job Summary

SOS International LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a large, mission-critical program at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management with a large enterprise contract in a DoD environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational plans for a multifaceted program/project with continuous operations.
  • Oversee fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program.
  • Identify and pursue outside funding sources.
  • Represent the program externally and serve as a liaison with stakeholders.
  • Provide technical/professional guidance and leadership to team members.

Requirements

  • Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
  • MA/MS +10 years of experience or BA/BS +12 years of experience managing similar organizations.
  • Meet DoD 8140 DCWF 801 requirements (B.S., CCISO, CISM, CISSP, or GSLC).
  • PMP certification.
  • ITIL v3 or higher certification within 90 days of contract start date.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Army mission and operational requirements.
  • Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements.
  • Expertise in managing complex information systems architectures.
  • Ability to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, CyberSecurity, National Security Strategy, or a related field.
  • ITIL 4 certification.
  • Detailed understanding of the Army's Unified Network Plan.
  • Experience leading a large, technically complex organization.

Work Environment

  • Normal office working conditions.
  • Fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • May require non-traditional working hours.
