  • Customer Service
    • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to member inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance to members, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Merchandise Protection
    • Monitor and maintain merchandise protection procedures, including shrink alert protocols and AP Alert Binder reviews.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions, including Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery.
  • Store Operations
    • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
    • Monitor member and visitor traffic, responding to Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarms as needed.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales floor goals and objectives.
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills and ability to use a smart handheld device.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and employed with the company for at least 6 months.
