The Front Desk employee is the face of the Retro Fitness outlet, serving as the first point of contact for members. This role requires a TEAM-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to ensure a positive member experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and check in members as they arrive.
- Resolve member issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Contribute to membership sales and retention efforts.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure a seamless experience.
- Sell in-store merchandise, such as Retro Blends Smoothies and Pro Shop items.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for all members and staff.
- Perform applicable downtime tasks, as assigned by management.
- Open and close the facility, as scheduled.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- A positive and upbeat personality.
- Effective communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Customer service orientation.
- Punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- CPR/AED training is preferred.
- Prior sales experience in a retail setting is preferred.
- Successful completion of all Retro University courses.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
