Front Desk Associate

The Front Desk employee is the face of the Retro Fitness outlet, serving as the first point of contact for members. This role requires a TEAM-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to ensure a positive member experience.

• Greet and check in members as they arrive.
• Resolve member issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Contribute to membership sales and retention efforts.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure a seamless experience.
• Sell in-store merchandise, such as Retro Blends Smoothies and Pro Shop items.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all members and staff.
• Perform applicable downtime tasks, as assigned by management.
• Open and close the facility, as scheduled.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• A positive and upbeat personality.
• Effective communication skills.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Customer service orientation.
• Punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• CPR/AED training is preferred.
• Prior sales experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Successful completion of all Retro University courses.

• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
