- Provide rapid response to medical emergencies, such as traumas and codes.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate patient identification, quality specimen labeling, handling, and transportation.
- Utilize computer programs and systems to manage daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Phlebotomy certification from an approved laboratory certification agency (e.g., ASCP, NHA, ASPT) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
