Job Title: Phlebotomist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Dove Healthcare. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood and urine samples from patients using standard collection methods
  • Instruct patients on sample collection procedures and provide post-care of phlebotomy sites
  • Prepare various specimens for analysis while maintaining positive patient identification
  • Perform specimen processing in a safe, accurate, and professional manner
  • Follow strict patient identification policies and employ standard precautions, infection control, and proper isolation techniques
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduation from an accredited phlebotomy or medical assisting program
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum one year of phlebotomy, specimen handling, central processing, or medical assisting experience
