Physical Therapist in Maine for Home Health

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality home health services to clients in Maine during the winter months.
This is a 13-week contract opportunity, working 36-40 hours per week. As a Physical Therapist with Andwell Health Partners, you will be part of a team that is committed to delivering innovative and compassionate healthcare services in the comfort of our clients' homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services to clients in accordance with established standards and best practices.
- Design, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- 1 year of recent home health experience preferred.
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Maine.
- CPR certification required.
- A reliable vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
Benefits:
Andwell Health Partners offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
