Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity to work with Andwell Health Partners as a Child Development Specialist, providing physical therapy services to clients in Southern Maine. Our team of dedicated professionals shares a commitment to enhancing the quality of life of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, focusing on independent living and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and effective case management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Maine.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • One-year experience in Physical Therapy, preferably in home health settings.
  • A reliable vehicle with insurance.
