Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Thoroughly assess incoming client inquiries through various channels.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and update our tracking systems to reflect the status of inquiries.
- Conduct empathetic interviews with prospective clients.
- Schedule consultations as needed and document discussions during initial meetings.
- Collaborate with attorneys to facilitate the consultation process.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to case management and database upkeep.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Personal Injury Intake within a legal environment.
- Familiarity with case management software.
- A resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A strong customer service orientation.
Compensation and Benefits:
