Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team at Frish Law Group, APLC. As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will play a critical role in assisting clients who have been injured in various types of accidents, including car crashes, slip/trip and falls, bike crashes, motorcycle crashes, and other personal injuries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients regarding their injuries and provide support throughout the claims process.
  • Coordinate medical treatment for clients, including scheduling appointments and communicating with medical providers.
  • Communicate with insurance companies to ensure that clients receive the benefits they are entitled to.
  • Assist with property damage claims and ensure that clients receive fair compensation for their losses.
  • Review medical records and discuss treatment plans with the personal injury team.
  • Assist with investigation of liability and gather evidence to support clients' claims.

Requirements

  • Previous experience handling personal injury claims and working with clients who have been injured in various types of accidents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the personal injury team to achieve common goals.
  • Spanish-speaking is highly preferred, but not required.
