About the Role

The Client Manager at Law360 will focus on renewing corporate subscriptions while enhancing engagement with current clients. This role involves close collaboration with various internal sales and support teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales targets within assigned accounts and meeting revenue objectives in the designated region.
  • Expanding the sales pipeline through proactive account management and executing strategic account plans.
  • Maintaining a healthy and productive relationship with clients.
  • Overseeing the complete sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while promoting a consultative sales approach at all organizational levels.
  • Crafting targeted, solution-focused proposals with appropriate positioning and pricing for our software and services.
  • Developing and monitoring the sales pipeline within assigned accounts using CRM tools, providing weekly forecasts and tracking opportunity progress.
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B subscription renewals.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Functional knowledge of the negotiation process.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented sales environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Technical proficiency with computer applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
