Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning and Inventory Manager to join our Consumer Goods Company team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand planning, sales forecasting, and inventory management for an apparel brand.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic inventory plans that align with sales projections and overall business objectives.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date demand models to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  3. Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of demand plans.
  5. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on sales and inventory performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative disciplines, supply chain or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, and/or inventory planning and management for an Apparel brand.
  • Excellent analytical and scenario modeling skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Power Point, Word).

Estimated Salary: $140,000 per year.
