As an Ecommerce Inventory Optimization Lead at Fullbeauty Brands, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of effective inventory management strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Description

The Ecommerce Inventory Optimization Lead will be responsible for analyzing sales data and customer demand to inform inventory purchasing decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective inventory management strategies that meet business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of effective inventory management strategies
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and delivery terms
  • Implement inventory control systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management
  • Provide training and support to junior team members
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as an Ecommerce Inventory Optimization Lead, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
