Job Summary

The Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a plasma collection center, ensuring efficient plasma collections and providing clear guidance to staff. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise center operations, including plasma collection, donor movement, and staff management
  • Provide clear instructions and directions to staff, conduct meetings, and communicate performance expectations
  • Monitor time card reporting procedures, attendance, and overtime utilization
  • Conduct error investigations and develop recommendations for process improvement
  • Participate in performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff
  • Assist with recruitment and selection of center operation staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including HSE and OSHA regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalency required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others
  • Ability to make decisions that have moderate impact on the work unit
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Working Conditions

The Center Supervisor will be required to work in a plasma collection center, which may involve exposure to hazardous chemicals, extreme temperatures, and blood-borne pathogens. The role may also require working overtime and extended hours to support center operational needs.
