Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads through research, networking, cold calling, and prospecting
  • Develop and execute sales initiatives to grow sales and profitability within accounts
  • Assist clients in establishing sustainable packaging supply chains
  • Understand complex customer requirements and prepare packaging solutions and quotes
  • Manage customer projects across various industries, including Food, Technology, Healthcare, Automotive, and Industrial
  • Educate clients on the latest innovations in packaging
  • Work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment to deliver exceptional customer experiences
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary range: $70,000 - $90,000+ per year
  • Uncapped commission potential

Requirements:
  • Packaging experience preferred but not required
  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a 2-year college, with continuing education and/or training required (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales/business development
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships
